Peppermint leaf, lemon balm leaf, reship, beetroot bulb, blackberry leaf, chamomile, lavender, rose petals infused with orange & bergamot essential oils

Add 1-2TBSP of the loose leaf herbs into a tea bag or sachet; submerge bag into warm bath water OR hang from the water spout while filling bath with water!
